Before I start, let me clarify..I know that it’s 2013. But I ran across this infographic which lists the top 10 places to work in 2012. I think it’s interesting to see how these companies rated last year. The numbers were taken from employee ratings so that would seem to make them fairly accurate.
The data was taken from Glassdoor and compiled by paidemployment.com.
Glassdoor says more than 250,000 employees from more than 65,000 companies took part in the survey on what it’s like to work at their place of employment during the past year and shared the good, the bad and everything in between.
Unlike other workplace awards, Glassdoor Employee’s Choice Awards does not allow for self-nomination but rather relies on what the employees have to say when it comes to their satisfaction with workplace factors like compensation & benefits, work-life balance and career advancement opportunities. The awards also take into account how well employees feel their CEO is leading the company.
