You Have Joint Pain

You No Longer Want Children
There will come a time in your adulthood when you decide that you don’t want children anymore. As we grow older it doesn’t give us a free pass to eat and drink whatever we want, we still need to work hard to stay healthy and keep ourselves full of nutrients. Our bodies are weaker as we grow older and because of this we need to really make sure we get as many nutrients as possible into our bodies. Think about eating lots of fruit, vegetables and cutting down on the fat, because we know we have more fat anyway!
Your Diet Might Need To Change
As you grow older you might actually start to get a sensitive gut. You may have been able to eat a lot of foods during your younger years, and suddenly these food might make you bloat up and feel in pain. This is known as irritable bowel syndrome and it affects a huge range of people. Foods that you used to love gut be out of bounds now and this can mean a radical change for your diet. Think about keeping a food diary and narrowing down which good set you off. You can avoid this and you will also be able to look at a fodmap foods and stick to low fodmap foods which digest much easier than others. Things such as beans, broccoli, rice and dairy might be a big no go for you, so you can work on finding alternatives to suit your new diet.
You Sleep More
As you grow older you might be happy to know that you’ll end up catching up to all of the sleep you missed out on as a younger adult. When you grow older you end up needing more sleep than your younger self and this means that you will want to go to bed an hour or so earlier than you used to. Sleeping for longer gives your body the time it needs to recover after a long day and it will allow you to live a longer and happier life overall. We all need sleep and you can really benefit from some great sleep each night.
As we get older our bodies will change, but it doesn’t mean that we can’t still enjoy the same things we used to. You are still you and you can still enjoy some great company, fun hobbies and spending time with the people you love the most.
